**Please note the below are not qualitfy for the guarantee:

- custom order/ custom design (e.g. resizing or extension)

- choosing the color you like apart from color as advertised

- already installed decal

We cut each design to order, so please allow 2-3 days for production, custom order may take longer, please get our advise on the processing timeline if you have a deadline to meet. We ship via DHL with tracking number or Registered Mail with shipping reference number.

Please note that if there is no color chosen, we will cut your order in default color as in the first image of your purchase.

Please let us know if you want us to ship your order to a specific address, otherwise, we will use your Etsy mailing address.

Some decal comes in separate pieces which later to be joined together as a whole, but don't worry, you will be guided by an instruction which ships together with your order. It's totally easy to DIY!

Damage during delivery

In case the item that you received is damage, please take photos of the packaging and the product so we can look into this and send you replacement parts if necessary. Please note that without photos, we will not be able to help you on the damage items.

Customs and Import Duties Information

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (except US & Australia), which are levied once your package reaches your country. NouWall does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from Nouwall, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Nouwall. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
