If there is a problem with an item you receive please contact me immediately, I want every customer happy with their purchase. Refunds cannot be given on custom ordered furniture unless there has been an obvious color/design error on my part.

Information regarding your "ship by" date on made to order items will be on your invoice and also in the description, or feel free to contact me if you have any questions. For items that are specified ready to ship, I ship within 3 business (week) days after cleared payment. I try very hard to stay on schedule, if there are any delays I will always contact you.
**Sunday is not counted as one of my work/week days. I tend to hear about it if I put in too many 7 day work weeks! ��
If you need an item quicker than the stated time frame please contact me first but I can usually accommodate you.
Damage during shipping is extremely rare--and has actually only happened twice in 6 years-- but if it does happen it's important that you contact me immediately to help with a claim (if needed) and hold onto any and all packaging materials. Fedex will not cover any claims if they cannot see what was used and how the item was packaged.
